Contact A Castle Building Centre NowThe CR30 is a non-fibrous coating for roofing. This product is used especially to waterproof concrete, wood, masonry, metal and asphalt roofs. Its application satures again lightly damaged roofs. Once dried, the product forms a waterproof membrane that remains flexible to temperature fluctuations. It is ideal for all roof slopes. The presence of asphalt prevents the corrosion on the metal.
Application temperature 10°C and more preferably. The product will be thicker when the temperature decreases.
Service temperature -40°C to 85°C

Surface preparation Surfaces must be clean and free of dust, dirt or other contaminants. Repair the surfaces with plastic cement from Condor.
Application
Do not apply if rain is expected. During colder periods, keep the product in a temperate place to facilitate its application. Stir well before application. Apply the product in an even layer. If the product is applied on a slope higher than 4/12, take the necessary precautions by applying a very thin layer to prevent slipping of the product until it completely dry. Close the container after each use.
Drying
Allow about 4h for surface drying and about 48h for complete drying. The drying time depends on the application method, the ambient temperature, the surface and the thickness applied.
