This product is used primarily to seal cracks, holes and to repair deteriorated areas on foundations, asphalt roofs, shingle flashings, vents and chimneys. This product has better strength and greater flexibility compared to regular plastic cements. The consistency of this product is designed to facilitate trowel application. It has excellent adhesion, good resistance to weather and temperature variations and forms a tough and waterproof coating once dry.
