OPTI-P112 BROWN

The roof attic ventilator OPTI-P112 with a 45º base is designed for flat roofs to go on a wooden base or other support.  The design and openings allow optimal attic ventilation. Punched openings eliminates all maintenance and prevents rodents and birds from getting inside. Its anti-gust deflectors prevent bad weather infiltration from any directions. this ventilator allows a cooler attic in summer and dryer in winter, extending structural integrity, adding superior interior comfort and creating energy savings. This static ventilator offers a superior air aspiration and, with the help of wind, produces a chimney effect. Air is continuously exchanged. Under ideal conditions this vent has the capacity to ventilate from 100 to 150 sq.ft. The opening must also be considered when determining the net air flow. It is always recommended to place a retention tray under vents.
