OPTI-F412 GREY

The OPTI-F412 attic vent is designed to be installed on the ridge of sloped roofs. Available with 1 to several fins delivering optimal ventilation to the attic. Openings shaped from the structure of the vent eliminate any need for long-term maintenance and prevent the intrusion of birds or rodents inward. The anti-gust deflectors prevent the infiltration of weather regardless of the wind direction. This vent gives the advantage of a cooler attic in summer and drier in winter. It thus extends the integrity of the structure optimizing the comfort inside and increased energy savings. The static vent with the help of the wind, produces a chimney effect. The air is exchanged continuously. It exchanges air from the attic at a frequency of 418 ft ³/min, thus ventilating an area of 1000 to 1200 sq. ft.
