The Roofseal Siliconized Coating  is a water-based emulsion which is used to cover asphalt shingles roofs or flat roofs without tar. This product waterproofs painted surfaces and provides a durable finish that resists to UV, cracking, peeling, chalking, mold and fading. It extends the life of a roof covering that has not lost its integrity. This product is available in 8 colors: green, grey, brown, concrete grey, black, white, brick red and beige. Roofseal elastomeric coating  to restore all surfaces BUT NOT ON METAL ONES
